GCiA Visits Chinese Visa Application Center

The Director of the Center for International Affairs (GCiA), Dr. Md. Elham Hossain, visited the Chinese Visa Application Center at Banani, Dhaka, along with the full GCiA team.

The Managing Director of the Chinese Visa Application Center, Dr. Lai Xinzi, warmly welcomed the GCiA team, and the meeting covered the following agenda:

1. Initiating a 2+2 program with two Chinese universities.

2. Forming a tentative information-sharing session to be held each semester at Green University of Bangladesh (GUB). The session will be conducted by resource persons from the Chinese Visa Application Center, who will inform students about available scholarship opportunities in China and guide them through the application process.

The meeting concluded on a note of strong enthusiasm to work collaboratively and create more opportunities for the students of Green University of Bangladesh in China.
