Successful Completion of Online MoU Signing Ceremony with Universiti Sains Malaysia

Green University of Bangladesh, has successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universiti Sains Malaysia. USM is Malaysia’s premier research university with a QS World University Ranking of 134 in the year 2025.

This partnership will foster collaboration in the following areas:

1.      Exchange of students and/ or staff;

2.      Joint research and development programs;

3.      joint workshop and training programs;

4.      exchange of publication;

The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin, Honorable Vice Chancellor of Green University of Bangladesh, and the Special Guest, Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Pro Vice Chancellor of Green University of Bangladesh. Also present at the event were Captain (Navy) Shaikh Mohammad Salahuddin (TAS), NGP, psc (Retd.), Registrar ,  Green University of Bangladesh; Dr. Md. Elham Hossain, Director of the Center for International Affairs and Session Chair; and Mohammad Golam Mohiuddin, Assistant Director of the Center for International Affairs.

Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin, the honorable Vice Chancellor, Green University of Bangladesh and Professor Dr. Hazri Jamil, Dean, School of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia signed on the MoU papers on behalf of their respective institutions.

This presents a valuable opportunity for all departments of GUB to pursue research collaborations with this esteemed university.
